MANAJEMEN PENILAIAN KINERJA DOSEN DALAM PENINGKATAN MUTU AKADEMIK PERGURUAN TINGGI DI STAI AL KARIMIYAH DEPOK JAWA BARAT

Abstract


Based on the results of research that has been carried out through a qualitative approach with a sample of 3 deans and 1 university quality guarantor as the main informant, it can be concluded that the management of lecturer performance appraisal at the STAI Al Karimiyah Depok West Java which includes the assessment of lecturer performance in the fields of education and teaching , research, community service, and support, have been carried out through the stages of planning (planning), organizing (organizing), implementation (actuating), and monitoring (controlling); namely supervisory activities in assessing the performance of Lecturers. Lecturer performance can improve academic quality at the STAI Al Karimiyah Depok West Java, meaning that good lecturer performance will improve academic quality to be better than before, on the contrary, poor performance of lecturers has an impact on the poor academic quality of the STAI Al Karimiyah Depok West Java. The academic quality resulting from the performance of higher education lecturers at the Jakarta Institute of Al-Qur'an Science, based on data on grades in the academic section in the last three years is classified as "Good" because the average GPA of students is above 3.0 and the performance of existing lecturers is based on BAN-PT accreditation results that the STAI Al Karimiyah Depok West Java is classified as "Good", because it can meet more than 85% of the indicators of human resources, education, research and community service
